Dont really have a before pic. This is about after a year of working out. Made significant progress compared to what i was. Gained about 12 kgs in a year, which i guess is okay?

About 50% of my body fat went into my gigantic pepperoni areolas. Do I have gyno or are they just big?

My pecs are pathetic. Can somebody recommend a good chest exercise that isnt posted here often?

I DONT KNOW
They are constantly erect and they are way more red than the rest of my body, so they look even bigger than they should.
I think my dad was the same way, though his nipples were harder and his areolas were a it smaller I think.

I want to get my chest big enough so that my pecs will make the nips look normal.

You have pretty good genetics man, wide shoulders and back and small waist.

For Arms I have one tip: Train them heavy.
Weighted Chin-ups 6-8 reps, weighted dips 6-8 reps and then some hammercurls 8-10 reps and triceps extensions 8-10 reps.
This worked best for my arms.

Five months progress; four bodyweight exercising and not eating like a fat fuck, one month lifting.

Recomp is more useful when you already have proper muscle mass and want to cut 1 or 2%bf in a long period.

Why not continue cutting and clean bulk from about 13%?

cut or bulk ppls? I'm an intermediate when it comes to lifting, but I spent the last 1 1/2 year doing jack shit and drinking beer every day, so I've gotten flabby as fuck. Don't know which way to swing with this though.

Everybody else in this thread is so fit and I'm terrified but I'm just gonna bite the bullet.

I'm still fat as fuck, but I'm 5'7"and have gone from 225lbs exactly to 180lbs as of this morning.

I want to lose another 30lbs minimum. I'm hoping once I lose some more weight some of weighted exercises I've been doing will become more apparent, but even now I can see that I must have put on some muscle because I have less cellulite and my body looks like it's being "held up" more, if that makes any sense.

Sorry for polluting this thread, I live away from home and nobody I know has seen my progress yet.

Yeah, I was never much of a fit person prior to this, but I was always relatively slim prior to packing it on during a heavy depression.

I was around 150lbs before I put on the weight and that's the weight I've always looked my best at, but if BMI is in anyway applicable to me it would set me at 23.5 which is in the normal range.

I'm actually trying to minimise any loose skin also and I know that if I remain a little padded out it won't turn out so bad so that's probably my biggest reason in all honesty.
If I go lower I'm probably going to end up with one of those stomach pooches.

If anything you need to eat more and start lifting. You'll be heavier, but you'll look better. Muscle fills out better than fat, but it also needs calories and protein. Start eating at a 500 calorie surplus and try to get 70-100 grams of protein per day. After a year of that, you'll be much bigger, much heavier, and much healthier. After that you can cut to lose fat, and your skin will hug the muscle you've gained.

I'm not a professional but this is my opinion. 1200 is pretty low. Average women should be eating around 2000.

If you lift weights and do cardio you should be able to eat more than 1200 since building muscle requires calories. If you were morbidly obese to the point that you can't exercise then I would recommend low calorie diet like 1200 but if you're not having any joint issue and can do exercise then eat around 2000~2200cal (or more if you can) of protein rich food (look into macros), add 15~30mins cardio of power walk or Jog, and doing compound movement lifting. (deadlift, squat, bench press, OHP)

If you're eating little calorie and moving weights around you're not going to build muscle, you would burn calories but having muscle will allow you to burn more calories and will continue to burn it when you aren't being active.

alright I said i would post if someone else fat did so here goes. Im 5'11'' and 222lbs. I have lost 25lbs so far from cutting calories (since oct 28th). Last week I got a gym membership and decided this was the best move for me. I am going 4 times a week.
