You have to do lots and lots of stretching and flexibility work, look up to oly trainers. Or you can just buy oly shoes, even oly lifters use them and they can go ATG without them. They just help with the movement, make it easier to progress and maintain proper form (to prevent injuries etc.)

Or you can just squat a little higher. until your flexibility prevents buttwink. Its funny that its a 50-50 if your squat would be accepted in a IPF meeting, becouse you push your knees so far, that your quad near pelvis isn't actually much lower than quad near knee, which is the criterion for deep enough depth.

That said, take it. It's a pr, I don't care who you are or what you do. If you don't compete in power lifting then this gets the job done. It looks like your an inch or 2 away from depth in this crap tastic photo. Look at a ruler and check one or 2 inches. you have the strength but it might be mobility or form blocking the depth. I was literally an inch away from depth when I hit my 550 because I got scared

This is a huge volume PR on squats for me. I'm currently running Layne Norton's "PH3" routine he just released and it's really been pushing me on my squat. This was 448 for 4x5, and then a final set of 7. The last set of 7 would have been a PR by itself, but i'm even happier that I did it after 4 previous sets.

You bros over-complicate what you need to see results.
You don't need to eat a shitload of protein, 120 grams is twice the RDA and is plenty for any natural athletes except for really big guys like strongmen and endurance athletes who burn 4000+ calories per day.

As far as diet is concerned, eating clean isn't necessary. Fats are good for you. Fried potatoes are good for you. Bacon is good for you. Hamburgers and pizza are great. You want to slip some vegetables and fruits and nuts and whole grains and lean meats into your diet, but there is no reason to swear off fast food.
Saturated fats are harmless to MOST individuals and high glycemic index carbs are harmless unless you consume an inordinate amount of them, i.e. 80% of your calories are pop tarts.

Simple, train calves 3 times per week. Alternate seated and standing calf raises, progressively overload them like any other body part.
