Left is me, right is what I want to start moving towards. What should I be doing? Is it in the dieting?

I really don't know much about dieting to gain muscle or anything, I just run, lift weights, and do other general workouts and have a pretty healthy diet.

I've been doing a fairly similar workout routine for about two months now and I'e been seeing SOME results but I don't seem to be getting "bigger", just more defined. Any advice is welcome.

OP, read the sticky, and do a bulk. Work on your chest. The main differences between left and right is the lack of arms and chest growth.

If you don't mind getting chunky, then cutting fat, then just eat EVERYTHING

If you want lean gains, it'll take longer... You can eat your normal healthy diet, but you'll still just need a caloric surplus to gain weight.

Start with Starting Strength. Continue until you reach Intermediate level lifts. (You can measure from strengthstandards). Eat a shit load.

Then move onto a split. I suggest Layne Norton's Phat. Continue to eat a shit load.

In three years you'll look fantastic.
