Been doing it for about fifteen days in a row now. I've progressed mightily. I can do a headstand now and all sorts of crazy balancing on my hands with my legs off the ground. I always dreamed of being able to do this stuff and as a 6'4" guy I feel like I've really made it. Good for core strength.

I'd recommend yoga to anybody. It's aided my OHP by giving me better scap mobility.

Let me free you from your ignorance. Yoga is an eight limbed system. Here is the breakdown:

follows:

Yama : Universal morality
Niyama : Personal observances
Asanas : Body postures (which most western assume is all of yoga, which is a major error)
Pranayama : Breathing exercises, and control of prana (Prana can be seen as chi)
Pratyahara : Control of the senses
Dharana : Concentration and cultivating inner perceptual awareness
Dhyana : Devotion, Meditation on the Divine
Samadhi : Union with the Divine

Hopefully this has helped you (and others) come to a better understanding of yoga.
