ill start with a simple meal replacer shake to start off

Kangaroo broth.
>250g kangaroo mince
>200g zucchini
>200g carrot
>200g dice tomatoes
>250ml stock of your choice (beef for me)
>optional: black beans or other lentils, and rice for bulking.
Get a vegetti (like $6 off eBay), and prep the veggies; I prep multiple meals in advance and store them in containers. Toss mince in pan, cook all way through, add everything else and throw on a lid. Cook until veggies absorb the liquid and go soft. Worcestershire and tobasco sauce work equally well in it. Pic is with beans, 120cals less for without.

Blend it up and enjoy. The taste is kinda balls but it's bretty filling for a 500 cal shake
