It's funny that those are the exact same reasons they do shit on my degree programme.
They can't write a literature essay without being derivative and committing about 10 plagiarism red flags per paragraph.
I also work part time in admin at my uni and it's genuinely about 75% of the plagiarism cases that result in dismissal are Chinese students despite them being roughly 20% of the student body.
