Something that for a short period of time is seen as so frail (pale, never in the sun, didn't do manual labor, unnatural hourglass figure, etc) but wilts away is what currently passes as beauty.
If a girl is willing to have ribs removed, get breast augmentation, put some of the fat from her stomach into her ass, and maybe some face work she can be a million followed instagram chick with sponsors in a months time.
