The pants look cheap and also seem to be a little bit too long but I can't tell for sure without shoes on. If you want something "dressy" go for a basic derby from cole haan (cheap) or if you want something nice get red wing postmans (can be cheap) because that could work with what you're going for. The picture quality isn't good enough for me to tell you much about the jacket except it looks cheap and too big. That kind of jacket could work with something else but it does not work here.
