I would say no mini skirts, if you must wear a skirt have it be swing/a-line and high waisted, bootcut or straight leg pants, Dresses that are fitted or belted on the waist, if wearing oversized top wear tight pants and vise versa. I hate high waisted jeans personally, but if you like them go for it. If you aren't truly petite and are just short, maybe tighter stuff that accentuates your curves desu. V necks and crew necks, nothing too slutty. When buying tight or fitted tops look for ones that hit you at or above the hips, not long ones made for 6' women because then it just looks like you have love handles and makes your legs look shorter.
