I know this is a thinspo thread but you should honestly start lifting and eating at a small caloric surplus. You have a nice frame (shoulder to hip ratio and decent inserts) and are already low bodyfat, you would look way better with a bit more muscle. I don't mean bodybuilder level but otter mode is still much more /fa/ than most of the skinnyfat people that post in these threads. Something like pic related.

I am a cardiobro to the extrnt that my resting heart rate is 33 bpm, I have been meaning to get into lifting weights, however I am terrified at the prospect of needing to bulk up in fat: I fear that I would become overwhelmed at such a stage alone and forsake any prospective progress; though I can now curl a 30 lb dumbell at 11 reps (which isn't impressive mind you, but is more than would be assumed for my frame)

lunch time, a very light salad, lettuce spinach with some tomato or other vegetables you like, a small amount of cheese and low calorie dressing are fine but try to use vegetables for flavor as opposed to toppings (about 200cal max)
for snacks you want natural sugar, it keeps you from crashing, bananas and other fruits are good and relatively low cal (ranges from like 50-150 cals depending)
dinner time steamed vegetables (broccoli, carrots, cauliflower are good) with a little rice on the side, should only be about 350 cal maximum

thats 700 calories approximately right there, i like to stay under 1000 so that leaves room for some small snacks throughout the day or larger lunches or dinners if you so desire

Fuck hypnosis, see your GP and get some tests to rule out anything serious.

Could be some issue with blood sugar control, or maybe just elevated levels of cortisol from having too severe a deficit for a prolonged period. Cortisol raises blood sugar by metabolising protein (from food and muscles) but also triggers appetite (so you don't just waste away).

If you have a bit more money, I've been using one of those oneplususa trainers with my litespeed Gives a little more range and precise fitment other than those spin bikes which basically just have one inch increments of adjustment and uncomfortable bars

Plus road bike has 11 speed rear cogs and 2 up front allowing for on the fly resistance adjustment

And if you hook up a cycle computer to the rear wheel you can measure cadence and heart rate which isn't usually all that great on stationary bikes

For my setup at home it certainly out pretty cheap, was only about $600 for the trainer, mat, fan

The bike was up near the 5 figure range because...I wanted a nicer bike with a decent wheels set and a better groupset none of that is needed

I'm actually a high school teacher and am looking for a decent city to get a studio apartment in. I've been looking at a ton of different cities, hoping to find one with a decent school district within cycling distance of a downtown apartment. Many of the cities I've looked at so far have great locations but the local school districts are shite, or have great school districts but lack nightlife. Hoping to find a balance somewhere in between.

I run 40 miles per week, do core workouts every day (crunches, planks, etc.), swim as a substitute for running when my knees hurt, push ups, pull ups, chin ups, and various other bodyweight exercises along with some dumbbell exercises three days a week.

I don't have a super specific structure because I've found they drive me crazy

i'm 1.58 (5'2) and been 41-43kg (90ish?) for past few years, i didn't have much time to get care of myself because college, i was basically living on energy drinks, coffee, smokes and some random sandwich or instant noodles once a day.
i graduated and now have time to fix my habits, i want to get to 38 kg or so.
i don't know what should i eat now to build healthy habits for life so i could stick with them and maintain low weight without starving myself. (maybe pick up running or cycling?)

worst part is that i decided to quit smoking, should i wait with it till i get to my goal weight and then quit?

Just get rid of white grains ( white bread rice etc) and swap them for whole grains. Ditch the refined sugars too ( candies or other shit like that) Add more veggies to your meals ( broccoli, cauliflower, mushrooms, asparagus,peppers- fry them if you like in coconot oil because they are absolutely tasty like that ). Try to balance your intake (1000-1200 calories/day. ) If you feel like snacking go for low fat greek yogurt/berries/other low sugar stuff. Make sure you get the protein ( keeps you fuller ) from chicken. You can become vegan too but who the fuck has the money for it.
