I don't know why, but for some reason I find any sort of jewelry on man to be absolutely terrible 99% of the time. Honestly its hard to beat the simple gold loop earrings. They look fairly classy without being showy. You want no more than a centimeter of space between your lobe and the bottom of the hoop, any more and you start looking like a sassy black girl.
