approximately what the other guy said, get better fitting jeans (although I don't find them horribly offensive, just a little overly baggy around the knees/loose around the calves but not overly so, just could be a subtle improvement)
if you're trying to work on your style/are beginning to get into being a faggot, go for understated looks. Don't wear graphic tees unless you know they're really good (it doesn't look good here). In this case, the size of the tee really does look too small in proportion to your leg size.
Shoes are too loud, and does not really complement the other colors you have in this fit. Jeans over converse looks lazy and unless you've got a hobo-esq great fit, it just looks sloppy and middle school. Don't get super expensive shoes, just look at inspo threads and cop shoes that look like they go with styles you'd like to explore. If you're dead set on wearing converse/that particular pair, find some way to work em in that looks good, i can't think of how that would look.
The shape/size of your torso indicates you could really look good if you take in a lot of inspo and give your fits a really self-aware critical thinking; keep trying but lurk more
