i need help guys, long story short my mom was cutting my hair while she was sick and gave my a complete fubar haircut, she gave me a bald strip at the back of my head up half way up to my head up to where its on level with the top of my ears and the sides look like they've been plucked.
so now i'm going to a stylist tomorrow to get my hair fixed and don't know what exactly to get, my forelock is long, a bit uneven and reaches my eyebrows and the rest of the top of my hair is about 2 inches in length so im guessing i'm going to have to ask for some sort of under cut but don't want to lose all the side of my hair since im an oval faced fat fuck that can't really pull of that sort of hair style (5'8, 178)

Hey guys, need some advice.
I have really curly dry hair with a fucking extreme widows peak, kinda lost the hair genetics lottery. If i don't condition and style it out like crazy it just spikes up and looks disgusting and frizzy, and if a drop of shampoo touches it it just drys out completely.
Is there any product I should be using to help with the dryness? I've been recommended oils in the past but i don't know what kind.

here's the real solution.
Get a 1-2 cut on the sides and back and a trim on the top, after you shower comb thuroughly and wear a soft hat like a beanie pushing down to sleep. Invest in some type of putty, pomade, mousse, etc and style it in the morning. Make sure you dint get sweaty or the hair will stick out (this depends on how much you let it grow though)
