I'm not sure what style I tried on but they were definitely skinny, so probably tight. I've worn a size 30 for a while, but lately my jeans have been feeling a bit loose in the waist, so I'm probably a 29, which was the size of the pair I tried on and they were too tight. Also, I just copped a pair of Levi's in a 28 and they fit me well, but I think that pair might be a fluke as I tried on other 29s that fit me pretty much the same. Pants are frustrating, man.

Rag and bone fit 1 fits very similar to the later season D02/D10s. The material isn't as good though. Fit 0 is much skinnier if you're into that.

I can only speak for Zara and H&M. While they retain the core aesthetic of the shoe, compare the leather of the cheap ones with a pair of expensive ones; you'll realise i's usually pretty fucking terrible. They're almost always a lot lighter and flimsier than the more expensive pair and almost always have terrible arch support.

The good thing about the expensive shoes is that they don't fall apart and as such they're often on eBay and Grailed. I've bought a pair of calf-leather Diemme sneakers (usually AU$500) and a pair of Broken Homme boots (usually AU$400) for just over AU$100 each. They're both great quality, durable and comfy as fuck. I suggest you just wait for some good pairs to pop up
