Looking for some spring and summer outfits in particular. I have the basic idea, but it is very hard to translate into clothing you can actually purchase somewhere. Ideas where to buy?
if you want paramilitary remember that there will be lots of workwear and civilian influences. Basically just accentuate with the military equipment and wear workwear and casual vintage styles. French army has a lot of summer trousers that work great in hot weather
Any idea where to find a jacket similar to the one in the upper left?
also someone drop more rare knoch inspo please

Rhodesiansummer-core
>>10962035
look for french denim chore coat
>>10962045
He said /k/ can fuck off
rhodesia is ultra meme
>>10962058
go back to salon you sjw prick
>>10962064
this 2bh fampai, keep being mad at those sick short shorts and pube beards.
>>10962045
I thought rhodesian camo was really rare and expensive how come knoch has those shorts
>>10961655
Very true. This thread is off for a better start than the usual fascist circlejerk.
Most chore jackets look a tad too original vintage workwear. I am looking for something between (tweed) blazer, chore jacket and field jacket. Something unique, a statement piece to define the look, would be great.
>>10962095
Maybe actually a vintage hunting jacket, but God knows where I can get one
>>10962095
you could just go with a wool blazer and spice things up with cargos and heavy combats add some kind of leather satchel
>>10962124
It is hard to find one with one breast pocket to give it the military vibe, but I did already look into that direction. Hard to find one without being able to try it on, too.
Also simple wool / tweed blazer might be a bit cliche where I am going, so meh
>>10962095
>>10962144
I think Universal Works is good for this.
They had this jacket on sale two months ago which would have made for some nice Afrikakorps-Core, but not in my size.
This is how I imagined these threads. Good work, very good work. Resistance in general is exactly what we are aiming for. Are those Spanish republicans you posted?
>>10962171
Cheers, very nice. Quite expensive for my budget, but will look into it. Are the items you posted from the current collection?
>>10962236
The Spanish pictures are all republicans.
>>10962238
Doesn't seem so, they had a lot of variants of the Barra Jacket when I looked two months ago. Also some stuff in green and something with a M65ish cut.
Their current Bakers jacket doesn't fit the bill very well
>>10962236
I think a big problem in these threads is that knoch is obviously a given for inspo but the people posting him don't understand what's behind the fits and label everything how they see fit to push their fascist agenda.
You could also look for an old Swiss military jacket, a little different, but it still fits the bill, and you can find them decently cheap
I actually do have doubts about Knoch himself, but his work is not inherently fascist. Obviously the NVA stuff is not.
Hm, sad about Universal Works. Might be worth looking into them in some months again. Open for another suggestions.
>>10962313
Looked into it some while ago, but actually looks a bit too much like Wehrmacht for my taste. Tunics are hard to wear, with the belt up the waist etc.
Another thing: What kind of glasses fit the look? 1930 semi-round ones that are not too oversized should be good I think. Unsure whether I should go for thin metal frames or horn / plastic though. Learning towards the latter.
>>10962321
I have one, i would not reccomend coping one. It doesnt look like a wehrmacht tunic (unfourtunetly for me), they come in two colors BLUE, and a grey-blue so they arent grey like the pic. Its also meant as a dress tunic, as the collar/lapel are very rigid, and they have padded shoulders..
Who /IRAcore/ in here? Big Marty McG and Gerry Adams comin in hot.
>>10962318
He wears clothing from pretty much every military and time. That doesn't really work with fascist ideologies
>>10962347
>>10962361
>>10962347
>>10962364
Okay, here's my attempt at it. left is the Swiss dress jacket, right is an m65 jacket. Thoughts?
>>10962468
would prefer brown boots personally otherwise nice
>>10962468
Actually the tunic does not look too bad. I don't like the colour of the field jacket, it is too light. Maybe dye it? Also cut your hair to a more militaristic regulation cut, short in the back and above the ears with a proper fade. But overall very nice. What are the trousers?
>>10962511
I'm not sure, i found them thrifting and they don't have any markings that would help identify them, I assume they're milsurp though.
>>10962511
No, he shouldn't cut his hair. It's paramilitary and resistance not military regulationed
>>10962538
Just personal taste. I am aiming for a Bohemian classic cut myself, something like pic related. There are some great French resistance hairstyles for men. Not quite Hitler Youth, but more practical than outgrown hippie hair.
>>10962332
May I request opinions on this?
Does knoch have a tumblr?
>>10962567
Maybe one's like this? or perfectly circular, it seems like the thicker rims are pretty popular at the moment and probably wouldn't stand out the way you want.
>>10962577
http://herrurst.tumblr.com/
>>10962577
http://herrurst.tumblr.com/
>>10962580
Aren't they too delicate? How large should they be, and rather silver or dark metal?
>>10962587
I've never had any wire rimmed glasses break on me, and I have broken a pair of thick rimmed ones. If you go with the non quite round ones, you would probably want a little on the larger side, similar to the pic you posted, if you go with perfectly round ones, you want them a bit smaller, or medium, just definitely don't go over sized with them, you'll look like David Sylvian.
In terms of color, I like gold the best, but if you don't think that suits you, go with silver rather than the dark metal.
>>10962468
Very nice. It looks like you are the first; besides knoch and oioi; to post a fit so good on you.
What kind of shirt is that? Where can i cop one?
>>10962604
My skin is not perfectly clean and I tend to redden quite fast. I am afraid glasses which are too delicate might highlight these features, while thick rimmed glasses are more forgiving while still appropriate to the period styling I like
Sorry for OT
>>10962633
It's an LL Bean shirt, I don't think they still make them in this color and fit, but i managed to find something similar on their website:

>>10962090
That's belgian camo which it isn't too hard to find pants for. You need to know where to look. Also if you knew some of the brands he has/had in his wardrobe you'd know money likely isn't an issue for him.
Thoughts on puttees, is there anyway to make these work?
>>10962814
extremely finicky
go with one piece gaiters instead
>>10962814
They work great in goofninja/tech fits
>>10962851
that looks fucking slick, hot damn
has anyone ever owned one of these "le labourer" french wool chore coats? i cant find much on them, and the price seems really cheap, which makes me skeptical of the quality.

This is the first time I heard someone accurately coin what I'm going for. I know what I want to do but never been able to put it into words. Thanks anon.
>>10962095
I picked up a forest green chore coat from Levi's last summer that fits your description. It has four brass-esque buttons, patch pockets and a somewhat slim fit. Looks like a cross between an unstructured blazer, chore coat and a French F2 jacket. Can't seem to find any pics of it online though.

the kapital ringcoat is cool and so are the swedish pants but damn, go with different shoes
>>10965142
I tried to step away from the "(para)military means high boots". Any suggestion?
>>10965152
just different style of low boot really, no wedge sole
>>10965152
Chukkas
>>10965156
Like pic related? I think the rough suede works well with the textures of both the ring coat and the wool trousers. Not sure about the colour though.
>>10965157
Personally, I think chukkas work better in a more warmth-oriented outfit. Not to say afrika-korps but you get the point, they're essentially desert boots.
>>10965169
Yeah, way better. Less dressy is always good.
>>10961620
There's already a general called modern HY/military. Stop with the constant name changing.
>>10965206
that's the fascist one

Who the fuck is "we" faggot?
>>10965206
No there isn't, there's nothing in the catalog related to military, surplus or similar. Besides, the "modern hy" is a bunch of angry /pol/tard that want to suck Knoch's cock but are afraid to admit it. Everything posted that isn't bundeswehr surp is "too partizan".
>>10965230
>angry /pol/tard that want to suck Knoch's cock
I feel it's quite the opposite. There's more shitposting about him in there
>>10965230
Yes, now there isn't, but you don't change a general's name when mankind a new one.
>Besides, the "modern hy" is a bunch of angry /pol/tard that want to suck Knoch's cock but are afraid to admit it.
And this one is filled with pseudo resistance faggots who actually feel pride in mentioning in every single post that they are not fascists.
Both sides are autistic so I guess I shouldn't care.
>>10962049
w2c jacket?
>>10965252
"the jacket is fossil54 from 09 or 10"

>Both sides are autistic so I guess I shouldn't care.
There we go. Besides, either way of the spectrum, knoch gets posted. The atmosphere in this one was more mellow though.
What would be a good start to a summer paramilitary look?
>>10965300
Depends on how hot it gets where you live I guess
Maybe something like the guy second to right is wearing
lmao you guys wouldn't even last 4 minutes in a war

>>10965319
What's your point
>>10961620
The Hugo Boss 1934 collection is the way to go famalam

Are corcoran jump boots a good boot to start out with?
>>10965368
yes
>>10965300
The Canadian Armed Forces combat jacket is perfect for summer. Thin as fuck.
>>10965419
Which brand does the best reproduction of these army-issue WW2 US navy jeans?

this looks very beautiful honestly just don't wear them to things like class just wear them when you want to go out and make a statement.
>>10966362
Well, you should weigh them being unpractical against how stylish they are in the end.
>>10966446
God just let me find a jacket like that.
Also I found a old map bag in an antique military shop, a very beautiful piece. Do recommend.

You got to wear them with booths though, not loafers. The bottom of the wrap should overlap the top of the boot.

Boots are fine, that belt is whack though. Don't belt a coat that isn't cut for it. the belt is cutting your pockets and making them useless. Totally kills the utilitarian vibe of this look.

Low quarter shoes with puttees was pretty common. In some poorer armies like in Ethiopia and China some people wore puttees barefoot or with straw sandals/low quarter kung fu soes.
