Ctrl+f no lunarcore thread
last one was a little slow, but it seems like at least a few people enjoy this.

Is that the MA-1 white Bomber from Alpha Industries? if not w2c?
tfw i cant do any lunarcore fits cause my shoes did not arrive yet
>>10958515
textured sweater looks off other than I like it
What's up everybody. Good to see a lunar thread.
Lunar is way more difficult in summer, and honestly there is very little reference material, just gotta mess around and find what you like
>>10958682
What shoes?
Bump I need more inspo

Grey palladium pallabrouse baggies
>>10959981
Gf just gave me this iron on. Any ideas what to put it on?
>>10958515
The turttle neck works, but it's material doesn't
>>10958502
Palewave + techwear = lunarcore?
>>10959991
>>10960068
Spot on
>>10960068
Very much so. I'm gonna try and inject some life here.
>>10958664
It looks like it. You can order it from their website. I heard that urban outfitters has it too.
>>10958682
Which ones?
>>10959937
I think it can be done, but in most cases jackets are out of the question.
>>10959968
Here ya go
>>10959987
I would recommend the ones with gray lining instead.
>>10960009
Looks fucking sick, can't tell how big it is. If it's small put on a jacket, if it's bigger then put it on a bag or backpack.
>>10960077
W2c similar sweater?
>>10960220
It's the size of a standard sheet of paper. Pretty big.
Funnel or cowl neck sweatshirts should give what you want
Any links for a funnel sweater though?
And yeah, that's too big for a jacket. Try and put it on a backpack.
>>10960249
Sorry man don't have any specific links. A few threads ago someone tried to find that exact one, but it was made just for the movie. Turns out it's cowl is way bigger than normal. I think hm might have some smaller cheap ones.
Wish I could find a way to cop these or at least get my hands on a replica of them.
do u guys think 3m can work in lunar core?
>>10960313
Oh like that reflective work wear? sure if used sparingly but to much and it'll come off more as a costume.
>>10960313
I think it can definitely add something to a fit

Replace the sweater with something that doesn't have the cable knit design. Other than that, good shit. id on pants?
>>10960437
That's cool man, thanks
>>10960494
It is a saved pic, no id on pants, sorry. Honestly though a pair of black joggers would work well. Denim might, too, but the texture isn't that great for lunarcore.
>>10960437
Thanks man
>>10960321
Definitely, but not too much or it'll look too ostentatious.
>>10960075
W2c pants?
>>10960046
>>10960068
That's the easiest way to do lunarcore
Is this just going to be a little lunar trip hangout now?
>>10960307
sfb lunars are GOAT. Are they possible to get at all anymore?
>>10960313
Use it minimally and functionally. An entire panel in 3M is tacky, yet a stripe is elegant enough to not cause major disruption.
Is there anyone to work a military jacket, or corduroy, into lunar core?
You Moonfags are killing me. What started as a satire now has become another asshole for you dummies to finger. I love it!

w2c Jacket?
>>10960553
They were a limited release exclusive to japan or some shit tried searching for them but no luck so far haven't even got a whiff of someone trying to sell let alone someone selling it in 9.5 size.
>>10961055
Post a fit you seem to have a lot of confidence in your fashion sense and I'd love to see it>>10958497
So i got a pair of Tubular X PK's in Grey, and was wondering what i could wear it with to make a semi-casual lunarcore build? currently trying to wear with a plain gray t/hoodie and some trousers with a faint black camo, but it just isn't right. Alternatively, i wear them with a Nasa jumper like pic related, that being the back, front plain apart from a nasa logo on breast.
I am desperate to make them work in a lunarcore build
why is it that nowhere seems to stock good grey cargo pants in a slim fit?
if anyone has some links, ideally with shipping to Australia I would greatly appreciate it
>>10961181
Ausfags unite, What clothing stores in general are good here? need to get some new clothes soon and i havent actually gotten any since i arrived here. also, W2C the textured sweatshirt in that pic?
>>10961006
>>10961083
I think you guys need to kill yourselves
>>10961186
specifically for lunarcore or just clothes in general?
asos has a good range but most of their in-house stuff is a bit shit.
i've gotten a couple of textured knits from roger david but never, ever pay full price there.
other than that places like myer have alright stuff in the youth sections
cotton on, factorie and those kind of stores will very occasionally have gems but it's very rare
That's the silver Silent DD Saturs, material looks like they've been made by Nasa themselves, awesome.
Hard to find though, never seen them FS.
>>10961219
there were some on grailed not too long ago
>>10961251
I've seen only black ones.
>>10961178
I think the grey tubulars could totally work, especially if you're going really casual. Sweet shirt.
>>10959937
this is good tho because we can create a definitive and organic style
>>10961481
For summer just imagine what someone would wear on a station or under their Eva suit. I always imagined a lot of synthetics or active wear.
>>10959961
>>10960220
i bought these
>>10961513
>>10961624
Where? I can't find them in stock anywhere
>>10961663
ebay, i paid 60€, worn a few times only (at least he wrote that). there are some on grailed i believe. Nike Field General Free QS in case anyone else likes them.
>>10961178
Try grey cargo pants or black joggers.
>>10958515
It doesn't look lunarcore, because the sweater is too comfy and it's also really lacking in details like logos, utilitarian elements like straps, some color or patterns. It looks like a dock worker with Paladiums in grey.
>>10961711
That's a bit true desu
Here is one I saved from two threads ago (the thread I made by the way)
which one /fa/?
>>10961733
I guess orange. But why buy either of them?
>>10961741
cheaper than buying patches i guess, costs me 10€
>>10961743
Those patches look like they're printed directly onto the fabric. If they aren't then they're shit quality. Just get the actual patches. AB emblems is the legit supplier to nasa. Ebay has alternatives too.

Mars civilian jacket of the century
>>10962789
lol why would you want to blend in with the environment on mars
>>10962789
Alright senpai, what's it called
>>10962848
http://www.blendsus.com/collections/nike-x-undercover-gyakusou/products/nikelab-gyakusou-shield-lite-running-jacket-cool-grey
That fucking price though. Dunno if you can get it cheaper anywhere else.
>>10962848
Not sure exact name, but it was a gyakusou nike jacket
>>10962819
Always some slight rust colored inspo for mars desu
>>10962905
Fuuuuuck that. Lots of gyakusou stuff on grailed but I've never seen that exact one.
>>10961720
Now it just looks techwear.
>>10963258
that fit is a little more old style with the boots and def has a lunarcore-esque silhouette
>>10961513
w2c shoes?
>>10963507
Yes, cop. Also w2c
>>10963277
Nike special field.

>>10959991
w2c good cargo pants
>>10965349
Were those the "rocket" pants? I'm not a huge fan. Outfit needs a bit more texture as well.
>>10965754
A while back people said hm has good cheap ones. Maharashi has good cargos as well for a bit more.
>>10960587
That image is sooo good.
>>10965831
yeah, the pants burned by my rocket. i sent them back, they are ridiculously bad quality and fit poorly. also: reminder not to buy shirts from zara or you will look like me.
>>10966181
Damn man, sorry to hear that. Shoes are fucking killer though.
W2C jacket of first fit?
>>10966229
forgot to tag you, w2c jacket of first fit?
>>10966245
looks like a simple m65
>>10966248
Thanks mate, wasn't completely sure so I had to ask. Are they heavy by the way? I kind of like the outfit for S/S so I want something light.
>>10966199
This isnt lunarcore this is some fag dick riding off of theo's style.
>>10966239
Could be a white/silver alpha industries ma1
>>10966260
Only good to about 45f
>>10960334

>>10966872
at least they're 3 ply, any other white shoes with a texture more interesting than canvas?
Copped these after seeing an older thread. am i lunarcore?
better close up pic
>>10967267
>3 ply
Lunar kek desu
Leather hi tops are good for lunar. In my opinion.
>>10967332
P lunar desu, the logo isn't that great though. If only you could put NASA patches on top of the logos bit I don't know if it would work. Also get lighter colors pants to go with it.
>>10966305
>remove before flight
actually remove that, please
those tags are used to cover instruments and sensors on actual fuckin planes
>>10960077
He looks like he is triggered by everything
>>10962910
>wearing an outdoors suit
>indoors
enjoy your mars dust cancer
>>10967365
I know bby, actually
have a few. Just in the picture because that's how alpha hocks their shit
>>10967322
Looks good just don't wear black pants
>>10967363
I think the patches would be too bulky
Tried to cop a white-light grey MA1. Wanted light and minimal or unpadded so I can wear it in spring-summer. Pic doesn't look bad does it?
Fucking jacket is solid grey with dark grey elastic. Very nice stitching and would be a great jacket if it was padded. It's not padded - except they didn't change the cut in any way. They took one of those puffy MA1's, didn't put any padding in then sold that as a "light MA1".
Looks fucking ridiculous - there's like a whole arm's extra space in in the sleeves.
>>10967607
Damn dude. Try and find one with a slim fit in addition.
>>10967648
I've been wearing a black "brave soul oslo" bomber for a while and it's a great jacket and also comes in white. Very accurate MA1 with less padding and the cut is modified to accommodate. Cannot find it in white as a medium anywhere.
I mean holy shit look at that. Didn't want an actual spacesuit
>>10967693
>didn't want an actual spacesuit
jeez that's crazy
>>10967714
forgot the lol, that jacket is a shit cut by the looks of it
>>10967714
It's fucking comical. Gotta return it though which is a pain
>>10967391
What color would you recommend desu?
>>10967738
speedmaster is a 10/10, gotta get that sick velcro band tho
>>10967747
I would go for olive green or any shade of grey. Slim cargos look the best. I personally hate white pants though so it's all relative.
>>10967363
A new color of pants would be great but i dont know what kind. but yea the shoes are leather so patches are hard
>>10967748
Working on DIYing one as close to the NASA spec sheet as I can with a shorter midsection to fit my bitch 6.5" wrists. I can't get a few of the materials like beta cloth or the ink they used but I don't think I'll do too bad
>>10967754
i have a pair of HM zipper sweats that might work for a stand in while im lookin for cargoes. thanks
>>10967762
sounds great
>>10967758
dude please keep us posted, that sounds dope af
>>10967755
Hmm
If you could get really muted color patches, hot glue should work. Just got glue the back of them and stick on, then use an iron to heat it up.
>>10967322
>>10967322
I was the guy posting those last thread I copped a pair myself
>>10967950
how you liking them?
>>10967837
good idea ill see what i can do with that
From earlier today. Planning on modifying the jacket with some proper cuff closures and soft velcro patches for flags and such. Might also sew on some compression laces along the sleeves.
>>10967980
I hot glued the patch on this backpack. It definitely will not come off. And I'm pretty sure leather is safe to iron. Worst case, you'd have to iron it again and pull the patch off while it's hot, and try and scrape the glue off.
>>10968053
That looks fucking awesome dude. W2c shirt, pants, and jacket?
>>10966229
Moar like the first guy please.

Shirt is from the Kennedy Space Centre store or something:
http://www.thespaceshop.com/namescteegr.html
Jacket is from a UK wholesale workwear company called Snickers. I don't think they have that exact one in stock anymore, but they have one that's quite similar:
http://www.snickersdirect.co.uk/snickers-workwear-1513-service-line-jacket-p-89942.html
You have to call them up to order, though.
Pants are Levis commuter cargo in graphite. I don't they make them anymore, but Isaora has pants that look similar but without belt loops (easy to DIY though).
https://www.isaora.com/products/tapered-utility-pant-2-0?variant=1091566577
Also, the boots are Palladium baggy leather gusset, recently conditioned after ~8 months of frequent wear. The leather is much healthier now.
>>10968088
Accidentally posted twice, my bad...
>>10968085
Not sure man, saved from an old thread. Looks like a decent summer fit though.
>>10968161
