It started off a dark navy (see the drawstrings and stitching). I just se the wash to 'small load' and 'hot' and while the water is filling I put in about 10 cups of bleach. After it fills, just toss it in and let it do a full wash.

I know you're probably being sarcastic, but this place works best when the people here actually give a shit.
I can't tell what you're trying to go for with these. Patches are great for a lot of things, but if they don't work together, then they don't work. Styles are usually pretty stupid when you cross them.
Punk?
>'70s, '80s, God forbid the '90s, marxist, anarchist, fascist, crust, homeless, bored suburbanite, post-surf rock, whatever

Something techie?
>lunarcore, NASA engineer, Weyland-Yutani employee, Blade-Runner, cosmonaut, Formula-1 driver, etc. etc.
Pic is going for something reminiscent of x-files, for example.

Upper-lower class?
>truck driver, mechanic, Appalachian sister-fucker, homeless Florida guy, wannabe NASCAR driver, all that shit

Doesn't matter if you don't have cohesion. You need cohesion. If you're going for one look, you have to focus on that one look. The bottom left is kinda reminiscent of something off tumblr or a modern joke shirt. The top is like something out of an '80s National Lampoon movie. Both of those things are fine if you do them right (I don't know how, I guess you could figure it out), but they just don't make any sense together, not even in an intentionally post-modern, nonsensical-for-the-laffs kind of way

Just something to think about if you do end up using them, or even move on to bigger projects.

Ah, thought you were talking about the Filth denim, too

Same story though. The guy looks ridiculous, no question. Hat looks fucking ridiculous. Mustache fits with jacket but nothing else. Shoe-sock combo is vomitous. Lanyard retarded. Cargo shorts need not be mentioned.

That said, under the field of shit, he had a good idea. Just couldn't pull it off. Tried too much, too hard, all at once. We can still take his idea, and be thankful we were granted with taste in form and color and the ability to pick and choose what we like in something new, and not absorb the entire thing. That's how you progress in your work.

Everybody's favorite. Don't forget to cut off the flag before you dye, and wait a few days before sewing it back on, unless the completely muted color thing is what you're going for.

Would also suggest getting a liner to go with them if you live somewhere cold. They're not zip-in, unfortunately, but cutting them up and attaching buttons/snaps/just seeing the damn thing in is good practice

I'm glad nobody cares about this thread and I've got free reign

This kind of fit is why DIY is up there among the ultimate fashionable expressions of basically anybody below a full-fledged, established designer. It lets you develop specific images, come to understand how silhouettes fit together structurally, how colors and patterns play on each other, how fabric can be made to flow or conform and how combinations of textures and stiffness and stitching can change everything: comfort, movement, drape, pull, wear...

Plus, it allows for grand artistic expression, is fun, and eventually lets you show yourself off exactly as you want to be seen

On leather? Recently I embroidered on a pleather jacket

>inb4 poorfag

Any way, it was really hard to not stitch into the the layer inner layer that wasnt the outside pleather layer. It got there a couple times and i got really frustrated that i snapped the thread but i was basically finished it anyway. It looks rough but I guess thats the effect people want. Relatively happy with it. I embroidered a cicada for good luck. I'm gonna add moths later when i have time.

I used a back stitch the whole while.

Plan is to put the skull(a band logo) onto the back of a black hoodie and mayhaps cut the flowers from the t-shirt and put onto the front of the hoodie.

Also I'd kind of want the shirt as it is but with a bigger neck as its kind of small, is that easily fixable?

Opinions?

what do you mean?

there is nothing to understand,
i just took all the colors in the photos i found on google then i put them in this picture, dividing the yellowish, the orangeish and the pinkish ones

i believe every time you bleach something black you can get a random color from these, depending, idk, from the nature of the original dye, and the fabric maybe?

(ps I did this insane work basicall because i really like this kind of color shades deriving from bleach)
