What exactly are the rules for wearing baggy pants? I have some straight-leg pants from a few years ago that I think I could probably wear. What are the best tops to wear with them?

those aren't really baggy but i'll bite
there are no rules. i would make sure they dont scrunch up in the waist when you wear a belt though, that usually looks pretty terrible. you don't have to have a baggy shirt either, but i'd recommend it.

I do agree that the pants he's wearing do look silly, but baggier fitting pants are still cool. Especially since only wearing tight pants does get kind of boring.
