Have it shortened. The pants look like they might be too long, also. Some stacks at the knees are okay, even preferred, but it looks bad to have your pants bunched up around the ankle. Honestly, you could get away with the length of the jacket if the length of the pants wasn't so bad.
The shoes look disproportionately large, but it may just be the photo.
