Cuff links seem excessive if that's what I'm seeing. Pants are too long. Clothes that fit well will make you look better than clothes that are a little too large. Try your stuff on before you purchase it, and if you buy online return poorly fitting items. You're on the right track, keep at it

The "fit well" comment doesn't imply wear "high waters" or short, above ankle or "boot" pants though, with a larger figure you'll want to extend your silhouette so I'd try to get something right above your shoes, no excess cuffing though. 1-2 max. 2-3 inch ground clearance
Mind you this is my personal opinion, I'm not as confident as you, and the one and only time I posted an entire fit was 4 years ago
