I don't really look after my hair all that much, honestly. I just stick to certain principles. Let me see:
>always brush hair befor washing, morning and evening. I leave it alone inbetween
>washing It every 3. Day
>always wash it standing up
>get hair toroughly wet, then use a dime-sized amount of shampoo
>put in palms, add a bit of water, evenly spread ok head
>massage into scalp in circular motions
>only shampoo scalp. Then i kind of squeeze the shampoo trough the ends before rinsing it very well
>try to not tangle my hair up when washing it
>do this twice
>use dime-sized amount of conditioner
>knead into ends and then GENTLY detangle with a tangle teazer. Statting with the ends and working my way up trough all hair
>put hair up in a bun with a hair stick for rest of shower routine
>take hair down and rinse VERY WELL and lukewarm to cold
>gently squeeze out any excess water
>put hair up with a microfibre hairtowel
>let dry whilst putting on bodylotion and stuff (about 10-15 mins)
>take towel down
>gently detangle hair again
>put some product in it, depending on what i have in mind, usually just a tiny bit of serum for the ends
>heat protection if i plan to use a hair dryer
>put in product whilst bent over and head down toevenly spread everything and loosen up my hair
>knead it to enhance natural waves
>let air dry
Atm i use the products in pic. Ialso use a tiny amount of the conditioner as a serum for the ends. I switch up product when they're empty, so my hair isn't really a result of a specific product. But i adore how light, silky and full of energy this one makes my hair. And the smell is awesome!
Other than that i just try to lead a healthy lifestyle. No alc, no smoking, enough sleep and sport, balanced eating, you get the picture.
It sounds like a LOT of things, but they are habitual and washing and drying my hair takes a total of 20 mins for me

Forgot to add that i NEVER use hairbands that have those small metal thing on them. Always the ones that are soft all over. I also male sure to never tie them together too hard and i opt for a alightly different angle from time to time to prevent hair from breaking because i tie it always the same. However, i absolutely prefer to have my hair open and down whenever i can. I also make sure to be gently with it in general, meaning take it up and to the side whilst sleeping, making sure it doesn't get stuck under the car belt, and so on... Just trying to prevent breakage

You have to train your hair and it can be quite annoying. Part it the way you want it to be and start keeping it in that position until it starts feeling more natural. I used hair clips to clip it into place until it started naturally parting that way.

I think your problem is that you're trimming your eyebrows incorrectly and that's why they don't look too good. You're trimming them too short towards the end of your brows. It should be shorter at the the beginning and hairs should be longer at the end. If you are worried about your brows being too bushy and trimming isn't cutting it for you, I think you'd have to wax them or pluck to shape them more and get rid of all the extra random hairs that make your brows look more tamed.
