Short on sides, low fade almost skin if you want, long on top. The hitler youth was really long on top so you might want to put that out because they'll typically still try to give you a trim on top to blend into the sides.

Uppercut comes close to doing it but it's still either too much product and looks too stiff, or not enough and strands.

I've dealt with dandruff since a teenager. Nothing I've used has helped it...Dandruff shampoos made it worse. I stopped putting anything in my hair that isn't water about 3 years ago, and while my looks and feels better than it ever has and my dandruff isn't nearly as bad as it used to be, I still noticeably have it. I found out that it's just a genetic thing and not caused by anything that I'm doing.
So, right now I just manage it by manually picking out noticeable flakes as part of my daily routine. Is there ANYTHING I can do to get rid of it completely without having to put anything in my hair itself? It's the only thing stopping me from having perfect hair at this point.

Mine used to do the same. Your hair may be dried out. I started using shampoo 1-2 times a week, conditioner each time I showered, and put a little bit of argon oil in my hair each morning (after I got it damp to style it). I stopped using any kind of gel or mousse, though I will use a little cream to tame down strays and fly-aways. Since then my hair is thicker, easier to style, shinier, and has a great wavy flow.
