yes, drawing random poses without reference teaches you nothing about anatomy. instead of wasting your time trying to imagine how the body works, use photo reference or draw from life. time yourself for each pose at 30 sec, 60 sec, 3 minutes, etc. the best manga and anime artists are actually accomplished and skilled traditional artists as well.

It's Colors 3D, it's pretty basic, but it does the job. It has 3 types of brushes, 5 layers, and opacity control options.
I used to draw exclusively on it, but the screen size can make it kind of rough, so these days I've been sketching it out on paper first, taking a picture, and then retracing over the linework.

I think her midsection needs to be both slightly wider and longer. It would help to shorten the upper legs to bring down the navel and vagina area a bit. I would also say that her left forearm is too thick and her lack of a left hand is a bit weird (gotta get used to drawing 'em sometime, whether you like it or not).

I recommend checking out Andrew Loomis, specifically "Figure drawing for all it's worth". Draw the way he does his mannequins to have a basic understanding of the structure of a figure.
Also when it comes to drawing it does help a lot to use a reference.
For practice if you want to learn efficiently it helps to observe the reference, minimize it and try to draw the same reference figure a few times (like about 20) without having the reference image up . Each figure you draw you try to fix up the mistakes of the previous one. And make sure you draw these figures as fast as you can, don't put too much time into one.
Not sure if you knew this tip as well, but it helps to occasionally flip the image horizontally (and vertically too) because it's like having a fresh pair of eyes looking at the image.
