You'll need to do the face mesh warps yourself if you want more expressions besides the basic ahegao and pissed off face tmo2pmx automatically gives every model. However if that's too complicated then I suggest just headswapping the NJXA head to another of your liking, this way it comes with the other head's expressions and you get to keep your NJXA's body's proportions.

Personally, because Japanese locale fucks up royal shit when I'm programming. Never cared to figure out how to run shit properly on Japanese locale so I just use locale emulators when I actually need it. And honestly I found only one hentai game in existence that managed to not run properly while using emulators so... this method is good enough for me.
That said, for most of the people it is likely easier to just change locale of whole system. So yeah, you should probably stick to what you are comfortable with.

I just remembered something. The problem you have with Apploc is that it won't install right without erroring out, isn't it? There is easy but non-obvious solution for that. And here's how to do it:
1. Open command prompt IN ADMINISTRATIVE MODE (right click -> run as admin)
2. Navigate to directory with Apploc *.MSI installer (just put "cd <addres of the directory>")
3. Run the installer with command prompt. Pic related.
And there, the installation should complete without errors this time. Don't ask me why the fuck does it work this way. I blame Microsoft and their outsourced faggot programmers from India.

threads ago i explained it a bit, but basically it's this: you need to pick up the head you want, erase everything (material,bones, phisics, rigid bodies) that isn't 'part of it and keep a bone that is also present in the body you want to swap (i left the neck bone for example). i also make an separate file for this. in case the body mesh and the head mesh are part of the same material, you will have to erase some vertex.
for the body you do the inverse, erase the original head and its bones and physics, and you left the same neck bone. save this one as a separate file too
after that copy the body textures and the body model you save recently to the new head's folder.
now open the body you copy-pasted and import the head. note: before that, i move the head and the other shit upwards so when i import it doesnt get mixed with the body. once you import the head you then move it again and put them close enough to the neck, use the 4screen mode to work (preferably, the side view one) the subview screen to see the proccess without the bones and physics getting in the way and the transform view to test the bones

That's the animators fault, not the model creator. A lot of people don't bother to correct motions after they've added them to the model. It's why there's so much clipping and poor lip syncs in videos. The person who's putting together the entire video either doesn't know how to fix it or is too lazy.
As far as the model itself, it's a well built model. It's just getting to a point where it's overused though.
