Anyone know what a good way to paint the strap all black would be, I don't even know what material it is
It's nylon. Just buy a new one, the dye would cost about half of what a new one will and it probably won't look right.

Use a Sharpie, ya fukken nig-nog...
Go to Walmart, look where the bleach and cleaning supplies are.
Look for black RIT dye(liquid or powder).
Follow directions
