Deviantart is okay since you can follow a person, search, and watch groups to easily find new people. Twitter on the other hand is a pain to search, forces you to edit the image urls to save the fulres versions and banned my account I was using to follow people as a bot after 2 days. Unfortunately I've never played a fire emblem game, and I'm not familiar with the character. Some friends of mine like her though, and helped fix that somewhat. She seems pretty cute.
This isn't quite the dollhouse idea, but I'd need more practice before attempting something like that with a design as complex as hers.

'kay. I don't remember how these thoughts began, it was just a quirky thing that I would daydream about. Stepmom was nice, not bitchy or whatever but she liked to get her way and was sort of bossy but I like her and always saw her as pretty. You would do well to focus more on your basics. Your coloring and all that is fine, but it's built on a foundation that isn't too stellar. Try practicing your construction methods and sketching a little more. Dig up some references, both real life and from your favorite artists. Try to learn what they borrow from reality, from each other, and what they just plain fudge things on.
Also, that lineart looks like it's vector-based. That can be a pain to work with; try some ordinary raster lineart now and then - getting it to look smooth will be good practice for other things anyway. As you mentioned, line weights will also help, especially with places where joints come together and bend, like the elbows or the backs of the knees. Speaking of knees, don't emphasize the kneecaps so much, it makes them look chunky and awkward.
Consider drawing at a slightly higher resolution, too.
You have potential, anon, but you should probably spend a much higher percentage of your practice time getting the bare-bones basics as perfect as you can. It'll look that much better when you eventually circle back around to lineart, coloring, and so on.

What kind of res? Because my canvas is 2550x3300 at 300 Resolution. And I use a 4 pixel pen for lines. At least for this one. Normally I usually do a 20 or a 9.
