I've been reading this for a good few hours now (haven't finished yet) and while I felt bizarrely torn as to my thoughts on it at first, now I just don't like it at all. I think my problem with it, as far as not being turned on is that it shows the thoughts and internal conflicts of both the guy and the girl. In femdom stories I just prefer only seeing his thoughts and maybe a select few of hers, but that's still a rather flexible rule. But then there's all of the twisted, fucked up intricacies of how their "game" and relationship progresses. A decent start, but I think that the war setting will do you more harm than good in the long run, at least the way you've framed it. It stinks of wish fulfillment to a level that will break the audience's suspension of disbelief.
First, it doesn't make sense for two high ranking officers to have a relationship like that. Modern militaries are very professional, by almost any measure Louis and Cassandra are bad at their jobs and should not be in those positions.
Second, you've jumped right into a large conflict without giving any explanation for what kind of conflict it is or what kind of world it takes place in. Keeping some things secret isn't always a bad thing, but YOU need to know those things even if the audience does not, and reveal them at appropriate, natural times in the story. I get the feeling from your story, though, that you don't really know where you're headed and are just throwing together ideas that you like. Who is the enemy? What force are Cassandra and Louis part of? What year is it? Etc, etc.
Third, you've gone with an action-heavy descriptive style, which is going to look amateurish unless you actually know how real militaries and battles work, or are writing in a very fantastical setting where normal rules don't apply.
Fourth, and perhaps most importantly, you don't really show any reason for Cassandra to care about Louis. You write as if there is a relationship, but none is established, making their interactions feel hollow.

I think for the emotional scene with the helicopter leaving Louis behind to work you need to establish his relationship with Cassandra better.
One option you have is to cut down on convoluted battle scenes and have Louis give some concise exposition instead, maybe cut back to an important event or two in their relationship and compare it to what's currently happening.
The other thing would be to change up the characters a bit - make Cass a sergeant and Louis one of the grunts under her command. She develops a soft spot for him because he's just so out of place in the infantry (maybe he was drafted?) and becomes his protector and friend. Build up that relationship a bit through some cute slice-of-life army stuff, and THEN have shit hit the fan, leading to them becoming separated.
As to your prose, just focus on describing things clearly. Don't be afraid to use simple sentence structures if they do their job. Avoid passive voice, use figurative language when you want to emphasize something, but don't overuse it, and try not to crutch too hard on dead metaphors.
Pay special attention to dialogue. It will make or break emotional stories like this. Say the words out loud if you have to. Imagine well-known characters saying them. Make sure they feel natural. Go look up all the proper rules for punctuating dialogue so that you can break up lines with descriptions of facial expressions and body language that help convey HOW the characters are speaking.
And last but not least, unless your characters are literally looking at bras, narrating a woman's cup size is ALWAYS in bad taste, and is actually just plain lazy. I can't image a cup size without looking at a reference, but writing about ponderous fleshy orbs that appear to move with a mind of their own, only barely restrained by a covering of fabric stretched far beyond reasonable limits gives me MORE than enough to work with, even if it's still in bad taste.
