it's hard to tell if the girl in the back is even properly balancing. it looks almost as if she's resting on her new ballsack (which I'll assume were formerly front girl's legs) but it doesn't appear capable of taking that weight. also the positioning of the legs makes her look highly unbalanced, she SHOULD be toppeling backwards in that position. on to the clothing, I like the basic design, but it appears that rear girl's wasn't finished, and it's hard to tell where it ends exactly. is it wrapped down to below her breasts? if so what's the collar around her neck? it looks as if you intended it to connect somewhere and then erased part.
also, it looks as if her left thigh is significantly thicker than her right, either that or you forgot a line (doubtful, seeing how it's squished around the calf) and also, her torso appears thicker on her right than on her left. then there's the heart things in her facial features... what ARE those exactly? they don't really enhance the expression and if anything simply distract from it due to how unnatural they look and how much they pull attention AWAY from the face itself, as if someone had swallowed a bunch of glitter. front girl's face seems much more natural, and I reeeaaally like her anatomy, design and reaction to the process.
