It's ultimately faceless-protag-mostly-offscreen yaoi instead of futa so I don't know if that's a dealbreaker, but Nounai Kanojo and Otoko no Ko Club do some decent trap stuff (and NK also did the M/F Sister Magic which has some decent end-piece stuff as well) though know quite a bit of it skews towards the youthful end of the age scale if that's another bonerkiller. HaraPara was done around the same time (or a little before?) as Mamankyoushitsu, so it suffers from the same lack of editing as MMK did/does, but it's a fandisc game featuring heroines from other SwanEye/SwanEye+ games in glorious 1280x720 (pick related).
