Yeah, seriously. Consider the fucking logistics. First of all, you have pretty much a disabled bedbound human to take care of. Quad amputee without prosthetics is unable to perform basic grooming tasks - you'd need to either hire a caretaker (and there is no caretaker that will willingly participate in sex slavery of a disabled person, even if just out of fear of jail time) or take care of that person yourself. They need to be cleaned, fed, helped to do their business - everything. You'd probably have to go to India or something to have it done, and even then you would need some substantial bank and luck. I feel like there's a bunch of scenarios you're missing out on if you commit to too much modification beyond limb removal. Just for an example, I think a blindfold accentuates amputation by making you frustrated that you can't take it off, something you'd normally be able to do. Committing to permanent blindness also means that you miss out on the build up of them putting the blindfold on you, as well as any other scenarios where sight heightens your sense of helplessness.
I could maybe see myself getting my vocal chords removed or my teeth replaced with soft foam rubber, but in general I would want to keep my options reasonably open so that it didn't get boring.
