The RP that I do is focused on detail and literature, and a single scene could go on for days. And once the scene is done you save it and read it all over and rub a good one out.

You each write for one of the characters, generally. It's different from solo writing of-course because one writer doesn't know what the other one will do.
This can be even more pronounced if you RP on an instant messenger service. In the past when I have RP'd I have enjoyed doing both. Mostly we'd take terns posting in PM's or on a forum and the posts would be fairly long.
If however our characters were having a conversation then we'd do that in real time in an IM and later one of us would combine the conversation into one post and edit it to blend both ends of the conversation.

I think the size should be fine-tuned to your story.
A 6+ inch person getting eaten shows how desperate the pred is to devour them. Also a 6 inch person can swallow a 1 inch person if they can deepthroat. Predception.
1-2 inches is the sweet spot imo. 1 inch is good for swallowing with food.
1/2 is good for unaware, or when you don't want the pred to know the identity of their prey. 1/2 is so small you can't see the face.
Stuffing with food is great. Shows they're nothing more than an insignificant part of a meal.

It also progresses too fast. It kind of read like an extended greentext (skimming details) rather than a vore scene. The swallowing scene is only less than 100 words, and that needs to be the climax of the story imo. At least have some post-swallow stuff, like the pred's enjoyment or the prey's suffering/enjoyment.
I would work on the buildup more too. Don't make the guy instantly go suicide mode, that's no fun if he's so easily willing. He goes from unwilling to considering very fast, I think it would take more than that. He needs to be a person with a will to live, so she can get more enjoyment out of taking it away.
When she claims her prize, she should enjoy taking his life, turning a human into food.

I used to be a pretty good vore/giantess/general deviancy RP'er on a certain website and was largely considered one of the detailed, literate users in the community. The thing I love about that sort of scenario involving a waterslide is the implications of the lighting conditions inside the slide tube being dark and the point between the tube exit and her mouth being sealed.
So the people on the slide don't really know what's going on when the water turns to warm, sticky saliva and the plastic turns into slippery flesh. The tube becomes quite forceful when they enter her esophagus, not to mention very loud. Then their ride on her slide finally comes to a temporary halt when they land in her stomach.
If they're lucky, it will be relatively empty but it probably won't be. Instead they will land is a steaming hot swamp of mush and solid food in some stage of being broken down. Either way, it's going to be pitch black and smell pretty bad. By then, the people might be figuring out where they are, but maybe they won't have time to really think about it. Even if the 'sliding' part has temporarily stopped, the ride is still very active.
There would hardly be a dull moment in her belly. The churned and convulsions of the slimy, muscular walls would only get progressively more active as it prepares any food and people for the much longer stage of the journey through her labyrinth of a small intestine. Maybe some people would be lucky with the timing and get dumped into the start of her bowels soon after they were dropped into her gut. Either way, the rest of her internal 'slide' would be a slow journey, particularly for any poor souls that somehow avoided getting intimately mixed in with her previous meals resting in her belly, in a digestive sort of sense.
Either way, the only thing getting out through the exit of that slide quickly is gas.
