I do like those ideas, but my story is going a different direction.
Eventually I plan to reveal it's not a "curse" but a birthing magic, something that only ancient members of races possess (like parent of a race sort of stuff). So there's nothing to break or deal with, it's just anatomy here.
As for timeline of progression, I'm imagining about 20-50 years for it to finish, with some major changes being hips, bust, and height expansion. Scaled portions of body, tail, possibly partial transformation of limbs to be more like claws and talons.
Menstruation passes unborn eggs, but sort of like a shark or a weird dragon biology I'm bullshitting on the fly Citirad will carry children to term in a womb. So a twisted concept of having to lay eggs if not pregnant, or you're pregnant and not laying eggs.
Children will also mature relatively slowly, with extreme lifespans. There's an extended childhood which requires Citirad to be a matron for.

Could I get someone to privately beta/critique the rape smut I've written? Granted I'm not perfect, I know my story needs to be trimmed down and there's more I can do to show, not tell (whoever gave me feedback on chapter 3 in the last thread was awesome, thank you!) but reading and seeing things applied has given me a mental image of what FEELS right.
It also helps to write something and then go back in a day and reread. You'll find you're probably your harshest critic, but it does let you start off with a fresh mindset to see how you can alter the flow.

For fantasy I have a soft spot for the Bazil Broketail series by Christopher Rowley. Not much erotica to speak of, though it does have adult scenes.
For me the hardest part is writing TOO much. I feel the need to detail every moment of the character I'm focusing on. It's unnecessary, and the trick to successful writing isn't putting words on paper but knowing what words to take away. Editing is probably the strongest skill to develop, since it helps you examine your work critically. It lets you know if it flows, and whether or not something you wrote actually works as a pleasant writing piece.
But I'm probably going overboard here. I like to imagine my writing taking me places professionally someday, and even if this is self-indulgent smut it's still honing the practice.

Something I've noticed about my own writing is that since it's long-winded I get worn out.
But something else is that unless you have a concrete ending to work to, I don't think anything works. Some people find that it's really good to map everything out in advance and then proceed to fill details in. Some people chronological A to Z. Some people build scenes individually and then through editing and writing connect them to other scenes.
There's no one way to write, but the universal truth of a story is that it has to end, even if it continues at some other time and place a story has to have a place to work towards, a goal. What's the final goal of your noble? What can he do that causes you to write the words "The End" afterwards?
Speaking from personal experience, that's the best advice I can offer to help to begin with. I have dozens and dozens of ideas to START a story with, or scenarios to build on. But a story needs a beginning and an end to really begin to fill the middle in.
Some people, perhaps, can write something out to its own natural end. But I know I can't

Had a bit trouble parsing that. You want fetish fuel to be unarousing? Not entirely sure how to do that. And if you think my writing does that, I'll be sad. :)
Now, if you mean take something that doesn't appeal to anyone and make it sexy? Well, not entirely sure, but here are the things I found that make a big difference:
1. Build an emotional attachment between the reader and the character. I'm fond of the "beaten on", or "poor me", but you could also go with the vodoo doll (character who is not heavily described that lets the reader imagine themselves at that character). I use remarkably little descriptions for the POV character, I don't think I told anyone Merrie's body except for blonde hair for quite a while.
2. Make it visceral. I think one of my bigger skills is that I'm good at getting into the "now". Senses, touches, feelings. I love to describe them and they are relatively close to "reality" so it is easier for the reader to put themselves in their place. If the character is blinded, then close your eyes and imagine what it would feel like, hear like, taste like.
3. Keep it logical. People respond in different ways, but you have to keep true to them. If you have a brash, outspoken character, you can't make them shy without showing how they got shy. And just saying "he was suddenly shy" doesn't work, you need to show the process (which fuels #1).

Once you have that hook, then the fetish kind of works out. Build it up slowly, give the readers warning ("I'm going to stick it in"), a teaser ("just the tip now"), and then go into it. If you use Puppy Mill for example, there were ten chapters to let the readers get used to the idea of amputation, four for scat and watersports (scat is not a fetish of mine, by the way). I built it up and explored it before the main character was finally amputated (which then took me 70 chapters to get to the end, but that's a different story).
Having a rich environment, that's also a way of building up the scene and gives you a chance to handle sensory stuff. I love senses, I love the rasp of silk and the squeak of leather, and it shows in my writing. A setting is the same way, Nine Sisters (in my case) sets the framework for creating those characters who get the emotional hook.
But, I think most people can do without the setting or details, but I find it harder.
Another way of emotions is hook on common threads: fear of rape, lost of child (Dragon's Surrogate, Passed by a Spider), curiosity (Free-Ranged), helplessness (my favorite, Pits and Spikes), and desperation are good emotions to play with. Everyone feels that, so use your experiences in those emotions and write them out on the page.
My current serial (Dolcett Girls) is about cannibalism but I also tie easier to understand emotions (hatred of cheerleaders, fear of haunted houses, bitch mothers, high school crushes) to gateway into the "eating people for sex and dinner!".

You can make money off Amazon, you just have to keep it relatively mild. One story will never make a lot of money, you need to have a steady output, good covers, and a better editor. I get a trickle income, mainly because I don't produce consistency, but if you go that route, realize it's about 50 stories (8-10k words) or 30 books (60k+) before you start to make real money off it.
I'm trying to write an erotic game loosely based on Kingdom of Loathing to do the same thing, but I'm planning on the Patreon route. The main reason is that my interests are too far outside norm to sell them on Amazon (noncon, monsters, size, slavery, the occasional incense, cann, sn, etc).

Oh, PTSD from being raped. Oh, that is a good story idea. Well, then you do mean the former. Well, in that case, it comes down to descriptions. Avoid the pleasurable ones and expand things like the helplessness, how it hurts, and their attempts to escape. They wouldn't get wet, probably sick to their stomach. Things get torn, both being ripped open but also trying to escape. Build up on that.
Then, you continue that with many of the PTSD symptoms. They have triggers, anxiety, panic attacks. A hose might set one off or a gas nozzle. If you are in their head, you can have miniflashbacks to the scenes.
Have them choose attacks to "kill the beast" without worrying about collateral damage or themselves. (There is no such thing as overkill for some.) Maybe pick up a few secondary vices (smoking, drinking, drugs) to get their minds off their experiences.
Everyone deals with PTSD differently, so you have many opportunities to have one go one way and the other be damaged another way.

If you are you'll probably find you'll pan out before you get past setting building. You need a setting or concept that you can build your foundation upon. If you want a mind-break short story where the princess is addicted to monster cock, stick to your original concept or close to it. Otherwise if you want a freedom fighter you need to make sure the monster people seem sympathetic, and rape is not an endearing trait.
I'd start off by making us sympathize and hope for the princess to escape her fate. Maybe she's being married to a neighboring country's royal member who is known for his abusive ways? Her bodyguard will be with her but it's still a terrifying thing. When the monsters attack her bodyguard is wounded defending her, but they're largely just there to rob, not rape and pillage.
She barters herself as a ransom piece/hostage in exchange for healing her bodyguard. Or she hides her identity and begs to go with them under the pretense of saving the bodyguard. The latter makes her more cunning and shows she wants to get away and doesn't have a bias to the monster people.
Develop it from there as she learns more about their culture and her and her bodyguard become more intimate with each other and the monster people. You want to avoid things like imprisonment and rape because otherwise it's just Stockholm Syndrome and you lose credibility with the reader who feels we're justified in hating the monsters.
Let their sexual exploration be a mirror of their liberation from the shackles of royalty, and let her reveal herself as the lost princess and offer to lead them as a growth of her character. Show growth in the bodyguard and princess with their changing attire and demeanor, the princess is more assertive, the bodyguard more sensitive. They both expose more of themselves, physically, and are more confident sexually.
The dainty and slender princess being the dominant role to the large and curvy Amazon bodyguard would be hot too.

It depends on how you present it. The burden of realism increases with the amount of material. If you decide that you really just want to write about a guy dicking catgirls, that's fine. You can mention that he's a vet, maybe pull out a few medical tools to use as toys, etc. If you start to incorporate details, make sure that they're actually correct. The more detail you add, the more detail the reader is going to expect. Think of it like the difference between space opera and sci-fi. No one expects much realism out of space operas. Aliens are always bipedal and often just blue or green chicks with webbing or scales, FTL is commonplace, and the best soldiers invariably fight with swords. No one really complains about it being unrealistic; it's just part of the genre. However, sci-fi makes an attempt at legitimacy, so it's that much worse when it falls short.
In other words, you should make the decision based off your personal knowledge and expertise. You don't need to be a vet to write about vets, but if you have a decent understanding of medicine and some research time on your hands, go for it. I have a bunch of surprisingly applicable hobbies and interests that I use fairly often in writing. Detail can be a good thing. However, if you know absolutely nothing about the subject, stick with the porn. No one will (probably) mind if you just use the vet thing as a premise for the smut, but a story which prattles on about incorrect details can be a serious turn-off.

Alright, I finally got around to reading the rest of your stuff. Chapter 2 is short and very much like the others, so I will concentrate entirely on chapter 3.
First of all, you need to proofread more thoroughly. I've seen much worse, but you could also do much better. Like I said before, you have a thing for commas and comma splices. Nearly every paragraph has some egregious misuse of punctuation. It's not a proofreading thing; you just need to learn the proper use of commas. Reading everything aloud also usually helps. On that note, stop with the ellipses. They don't add anything and can be rather annoying. They belong almost exclusively in dialogue.
Your narrative style also needs some work. Your sentences tend to be long and rambling (see point on commas) and your language is inconcise. For instance, the entire paragraph at line 13 could easily be shrunk to half its length. Detail is good, but extra words are not. It feels like you're trying to pad out the length. You do it again at line 39. Why tell us he noticed something? Just tell us what he saw. A lot of these sentences are entirely unnecessary and just get in the way of the story's flow. Similarly, you tend to use the phrase "he thought" rather often. The story is told from the MC's perspective, so there is no reason to add this. That any statements made are as he believes or thinks is implied already.
There are also a few story issues. Firstly, I'm unsure if the description of him as a selfish lover belongs where it is. It is an important detail, but it seems terribly out of place. Falling through a floor is a bit of a cop-out, particularly in a cave. How the hell does a floor fall out, without warning, when everything is made of stone? The dragon's lair honestly doesn't make that much sense in general. It's a small part of the story, but it makes it seem as if you hadn't actually thought the details through before writing.

I don't only write about rape and torture. I have romance without anyone getting hurt, action adventures, along with sweeter stuff (Bathhouse for example, most things by D. Sadie).
The ones without sex are written under a different byline, but its effectively the same world (with the serial numbers filed off).
The problem I have is no one comments on my stuff. No feedback, no opinions. It's been that way since the early 90's. For some reason, I think people are reading it but the lack of feedback/comments/fanmail makes it *really* hard to keep encouraged. Yeah, it turns me on and I like writing about it, but my only payments are those precious comments so I write those topics. :)
Lately (since 2010), the only thing that comes close to providing those precious feedback is my guro with Puppy Mill (and to a lesser degree Dolcett Girls). Derik's Luck (tg and cd) was pretty good too, but that was in 2008. My later, non-guro stuff since then had been completely absent of opinions. So, either I suck or I'm frustrated. If I've been sucking, then it's been since at least 1990. :)

All in all, I have just over 3M words of stories and chapters. Five years ago, I was doing 250k/words a year (then I had children, productivity went down after #1 and *way* down after #2). I've been writing steadily since the late 80's. I also type relatively fast (~100 wpm), have a supernatural obsession, and basically more ideas than I can write.
Mainly, I schedule time to write, don't watch TV or really jump on social networks, and I don't sleep nearly enough. :)
Of those stories, Puppy Mill is 600k words long (that's on my site), Derik's Luck is 250k words. So those three projects (including the assassin piece) are the bulk of my writing. I have a bunch of 30-40k word commissions (I can't honor a word count worth shit), and the rest are 10k word stories.

Depression is a nasty little fucker, mainly because it is difficult for anyone else to help you through it. I can only speak for my own experiences.
One form of depression was the obsessive need to get things done. I want to ignore the world because I have to get something done "now". Most of the time, my productivity steadily decreases over time, so I force myself to go out and pretend to be normal for a few hours. Occasionally, just a movie, picking up a new book, or playing a game helps me through that form. Even if I don't want to, I do that 1-2 hour thing and go back to writing. After a few days, it doesn't get so bad.
Many people find that swimming or exercise helps that. Write for a few hours, go for a walk, write for a few hours, get some food. Use a schedule, use an alarm clock on the phone ("get the fuck up" works for me).
The next part of depression is when something is bothering me (paying mortgage, medical crap). In that case, I usually write a short story about said problem going *way* out of control, and then go interact with people. If I'm still upset, then I write another and another, each one getting far more gruesome or terrible. After that, I usually feel better and it doesn't bother me anymore.

I'm writing a novellete aiming for 20-30k words about two grey elves in a fantasy world that sorta diverged into two different stories.

Guard captains wives, witches, demons, princesses, etc
>the second doesn't have the lust goddess stuff but it is about two sexually immature mercenary elves murdering their way through a fantasy world for an anonymous priestess (think an amanda waller type figure, black ops stuff for the church. Along the way they discover sex, featuring the male elf discovering how attractive he is to simple human women if he says he'll marry them or something.
Both stories take place in a town beset by the undead, specifically an orb that some cultists need elven blood to activate and summon an army of corpses.
The first one is of course a lot more light hearted while the second is a little darker.

So, er, lately I've been thinking of running a quest kinda similar to that 'futa pet' thing that happened a while ago in an old thread. Basically you become owner of a futa-slave or pet through some means, be it purchasing it, being a researcher who specialized in certain drugs, or some other method. Your goal is, basically, to create the best futa-pet you can while making sure your life (or lack there of) doesn't go to shit. Making sure you go to work, get money so you can keep your house, getting the drugs and other items that you can use to change your pet in various ways, etcetra.
Just as a very, very broad-strokes outline.
On the other hand, I have basically no experience with writing fiction. The last time I've ever really, honest to god wrote was back in high-school, and I wasn't all that great back then, either, So if anyone were to have some tips, advice, or wanted to try running this themselves, I'd be glad to hear it.

What I was thinking with the jobs was that you'd have some things that may have an affect on what happens at home. As an example, say you work at a laboratory, one of your bosses or colleagues may have developed a new drug that increases semen production, and they want you to test it. Or, after a couple of promotions, you maybe able to direct research, developing more effective or interesting versions of drugs, tools, bodyparts, etcetra.
