It is obvious that constent of the 'subject' is not required if we consider the usage of these words outside of sexual context. I do not see any reason why this would be different when applying the terms to a sexual context.
Masochism is a tricky one. While you would expect consent to be required for this aspect, it is important to note that Maschosim (and Sadism, in fact) are commonly defined in terms of receiving pleasure from certain acts. It is entirely possible to receive pleasure form an act that unconsensual and even hated, e.g. if you hate the person performing this act on you or if the situation is embarrassing or uncomfortable. (This is IMO one of the worst parts of sexual abuse: receiving sexual pleasure can become a traumatic experience long after the abuse)
Note that this does not mean that sexual abuse is OK or that BDSM is inherently related to abuse. I beleive that abuse of any form should be limited to fiction and roleplay. It does mean that BDSM and abuse do not conflict eachother, so it is possible that an act is both rape and BDSM.
Additionally, in the context of pictures, it is almost always impossible to determine whether there is consent unless it is explicitely mentioned in the context. So, some people may tag a certain picture as "rape", because they make certain contextual assumptions. (I employ this trick to pretend that explicitely non-consensual stories are consensual: I assume the participants have, before the start of the story, agreed to do whatever happens in the story)
To be honest, I actually consider bondage to be the closest contender to require consent, since I consider bondage to be "tying someone up, who has no intention to leave regardless", as to make a distinction with just tying someone up. However, I don't think this definition is very standard, so you may ignore this point.
But this is all arguing about semantics.
