I remember suggesting the idea of a story where a school boy turns his sexy teacher into a suit and takes over her life a while ago, but I don't think anyone rolled with it. It was going to start off with the teacher being a huge workoholic bitch and the horny kid hates it, then one day he finds some bodysuit making device (gun, remote, etc) and turns his teacher into one and takes over her life. Hi everybody! I'm the UnderCoverGuy! This is my last sketch about my OC (Luke) and his female alter-ego Sofia.
You probably saw Sofia already in an old work I commissioned to Oad-Art.
I created this double identity taking inspiration from megazone character, with the only difference that my OC often uses multiple disguises (even of himself), but we could say that Sofia is his favourite appearance :) probably because she represents all his favourite fetishes (pantyhose, tanned skin, huge breast).

I guess you're using Chrome. It moronically appends "-orig" or "-large" to the file extension, hereby mangling it.
If you disable hiding file extensions in the Windows Explorer, you'll gain the ability to change extensions when renaming files.
Otherwise, you can use Firefox, as it doesn't corrupt the file extension.

Try looking to the female maskers who make their own product. The tubes smooth over any holes in the mask by extending the rubber up the nose, and by wrapping around the lips. Gives the mask a more realistic look and feel.
Problem is, you need to find a good enough sculptor to produce the clay model which you make the mold from. One who can sculpt the inside of the nostrils, and can sculpt an open mouth with room between lips and teeth.

Have you ever seen the SYFY program called FACEOFF?
It's a competition between a dozen Makeup artists from all over the continental 48 states, for the prize of being able to declare yourself the winner. Shows completed like 11-12 seasons now.
The basic skill set includes being able to sculpt clay models of the weekly challenges, then turn those models into prosthetic appliance to be worn on stage.
In the latter seasons, the show has been including twitter contact information on each competitor.
These are professional artists. It would probably be possible to commission them to sculpt a bust of the OC you want. Turn that clay bust into a ultracal bust, and ship it to you. Or depending on the commission, create a FRP or Rubber wearable product.
If you were daring enough, and they close enough, they would probably be able to lifecast you before sculpting the OC over your face. Just like they do for the models on the show.

Might be a bit more than you want to spend, but Kaihlen on Hentai Foundry is willing to paint up just about anything (I have a masking related piece in the works, which he'd never done before, but was happy to do) and his paintings are really high quality and realistic (when applicable). And given he does anything from simple poses to jizz flying everywhere, he probably won't care what you plan to use it for.

The problem with something like that is that it will bend and stretch when you put it on, and unlike all the suits in these pics, it won't be as elastic.

No there are a lot of technical hurdles to get over.
1) Build space is often limited. Typical $1K printers are limited to about 6"x6"x6". bigger = more expensive. you could print in sections bt putting all the parts together seamlessly will be hard.
2) There are a few printers out there that can print rubbery materials, but this is much more difficult since rubber can flex while its being layered.
3) hardware to get nice closed 3d geometries(STL) of your head is expensive. typical hobbiest $2K scanners are not the best for this.(tried with nextengine a few years back) you need to pay about $10K for a entry level industrial scanner. getting a full body scan is also not easy.
So the days of being able to print a skin suit are still far far away.

I guess the trick would be to first use a normal 3d printer to print a sculpture of your head and then print the mask on top of that sculpture.
But I think it's gonna be much cheaper and you'll get a better more high-quality product just by going to an SFX company in person and have one custom made for you for quite a while.
You could probably just make up an excuse that it's for an independent short film you're making, if you or they feel uncomfortable about explicitly creating something for fetish purposes.

Like a girl needs to pass a test, and she asks her friend who aces tests to help her. He agrees but when he gets to her house he finds her naked with a zipper on her back.
He can climb inside her and they're both like separate but equally willing consciousnesses in the body. It means she can retake a test and pass (it's some hard, obscure subject), and he gets to see her boobs a lot this way.
The zipper is magic and detachable, but the day of the test they get back and it's missing. The girl's mother cleaned her room and threw it out.
Now the two are trying to figure out a solution while they struggle as their consciousnesses slowly merge closer together, potentially forming a new aggregate personality that's equal parts both of them.
To make things easy, maybe the boy was an orphan/foster kid.

Thank you! Actually, he's not totally wrong, since I consider these sketches of mine very rough and minimal too.
By the way, I sometimes focus on particularly interesting plots and I bring out the best from my skills, resulting in a (in my opinion) good sketch like this (on the left).
Anyway, most of my stories remain unfinished and rough (and that's why I eventually decided to gather all of them in my scrapbook).
However, I don't draw stories to be liked, but 'cause I love to do it. It's fine if someone doesn't like my style ;)

Hi, don't know if you're still willing to take constructive criticism, but I think it's mostly the faces. The eyes are too high up, which is a common mistake. They should actually be almost halfway down the face, and slightly bigger. Also pay attention to facial symmetry. Same goes for body proportions, and perspective.
Most importantly keep at it :) I for one am happy whenever a new artist enters this rather sparsely populated niche.
