From what I've seen it's mainly about shogi which is pretty much alien territory for westerners. So I'd say the chances that it's gonna be translated beyond the 4 volumes that are currently available are quite slim.
The girl you see on this page is, as far as I can tell, a very important recurring character who apparently has this gimmick of becoming good at shogi after eating huge amounts of food. After this scene she is playing shogi over the course of several chapters while still having this huge bulging belly in each panel. This all sounds too good to be true, right? Well, the downside is - this might be just my opinion but this manga has some pretty bad art. The shading and stuff is fine but faces, proportions, general compositions and poses are often ridiculously full of QUALITY. So read at your own risk.
