There are plenty of things that should influence how you word a sentence. One of these is pacing. While this is intuitive for most people most of the time, it's easy to get wrong. One of the ways it's done wrong is with the use of -ly words before or around verbs that take no time to complete.
An example of this in your writing come at the start of paragraph four.

I'm not kidding when I say that the sounds of a word affect its "mood." I recommend reading about how the "k" sound is inherently funny. It's a rule of comedy that joke writers keep in mind.

I like this version for a couple reasons. As the reader, you don't "see" his hands until the very end of the sentence. For the first few words, you're shown how his breathing is automatic, yet regular. He's relaxed. Then, right at the very last word of the sentence, you see his hands are doing the same thing. Choosing which word to put at the end of a sentence is often important. While you don't need to fret over it all the time, it's usually worth considering.
Let's look at the original again:

Specifically, the words, "found himself," stick out to me. I believe this kind of wording, "x found himself doing y" deserves a page on tvtropes for the number of times it's used by newbie/aspiring writers.
He "found himself doing x" implies that the thought crossed his mind, that he came to a kind of realization.

I'm not trying to make you feel bad. I did it too. I feel bad because I did it, so I want to point it out when others do it.
If the theme you're going for is "he's losing control," then he might not be realizing a whole lot. At least, not as soon as it happens. Something as subtle as his breathing matching his movement isn't something anyone would realize in that situation.

The point I'm trying to make is this:
Every word is important.
If there's no reason for a word to be there, it likely shouldn't. If it's not purposely padding out for time, then it might accidentally be slowing things down. If it's not there to help convey a certain feeling, then it might be fighting your theme by pushing a feeling of its own.
All that said, when you practice, don't worry about anything. THE only way to get good at writing is to write and write and write and write and...
If you stress over details as small as the ones I'm telling you to stress over, it will take you too long to get any amount of practice. Most of writing is just getting a feel for it, and the only way to do that is through practice.
I recommend participating in National Novel Writing Month, or NaNoWriMo for short, if you really want to learn how to write. You learn through practice, and you practice by typing a shit ton of words.
I think you have potential, so go for it. You can be the best tg smut writer there ever was.

Well, say that the romantic couple wants to imprint a word that, when heard, makes them super horny/angry/hungry/etc. into their mind, so they use the remote to do it. That is a potentially comedic situation when you've got some unusual circumstance having everyone else randomly using the word for some reason.

I finally got the Osumesu to run on my computer, and got to test out the old patch. For anyone who had problems, I found out that you need to run it in Japanese and THEN convert the .bin file into an .iso and mount that otherwise it gets corrupted and won't install. Magic iso is good for converting the .bin to an .iso. Then you can run the old alpha translation patch from 2013 that no one talked about to go through the common route.
It's a unique one and could be the only loli tg visual novel ever translated. The premise is a mad scientist sends him back in time and he becomes a loli at his old school. His mom only remembers him as a girl, but his friends remember him as a boy. If he screws up in the future he won't be a boy again. It has cute voice and retro graphics, and time travel is always fun.
