Etc. Ideally getting eaten wouldn't be an immediate fail-state - depending on the girl, you could force her to cough you up, bargain with her, use magic or something to survive, etc.
As pred, the girls you eat could do the same, and in response you could find ways to keep them safe, massage your belly to keep them in line, bury them under food/drink, and so on.
If I were doing the game, I'd allow both same size and macro/micro scenarios, each with their own advantages/disadvantages (same size requires you to grapple, but it's harder for the prey to hide from you, macro/micro makes it easier to grab but finding the prey is more difficult).
