If there's something i've noticed (and for some reason makes me go all WTF), it's the fact that the Unending BE Addventure site is REALLY obsessed with Ranma 1/2.

The subjects try to help each other through these opening stages of their transformation as much as they can, but being naked captives in an otherwise empty room, there's not much they can do but lend moral support as they watch each other begin to warp and twist a little more with every passing day.
By the end of the month, they've all been changed - I'm not sure if it's hotter if they all become whole pigs or just some type of piggirls - but they're unable to fight back as a door in the room finally opens to reveal that they've been on a farm the entire time, and that the transformation bay exits into a large sty filled with 50 horny boars.
Perhaps its this point their captor makes himself known and reveals that this was an experiment to test a nanovirus he's going to release on an even larger scale, forcing the piggirls to decide if they want to remain stranded in the sty or try and fight back, despite opening themselves up for even more danger and ridicule if they try to make their predicament known to the world.

what if just one of them turned into a boar, losing his mind at the endless arousal he/she combats surrounded by a group of sows as the bestial part of his/her mind starts substituting what they're attracted to, and the rest of their ongoing changes into pigs making them more attractive

I've barely even seen art for this - what animals are we imaging women's heads transforming into, and what would the preferred process be like?
Presumably, the ideal heads would be roughly the same size/mass as the victim's original heads (otherwise the victim's gonna be stuck barely being able to lift their head), so horses and whatnot are out, but....pigs, dogs, large cats, donkeys...maybe deer?

I can see that. Maybe it starts with the voicebox being corrupted to the woman start to involuntarily snort and grunt, quickly followed by the ears flattening out and starting to migrate to the top of the head.
By the time the victim's mouth begins to droop out into a drooling, fleshy triangle to match her snout growing in, she loses the ability to speak altogether.
How corrupted (if at all) should the victim's mind be in a head-only TF? I'm assuming that her brain turning into a much smaller pig's brain would dull her intelligence and cloud her mind with all sorts of uncontrollable sow instincts, but there's also something appealing about a very smart woman retaining 100% of her faculties even as she turns completely into a barnyard animal from the neck up.
Again, this could be a fun globalized idea, with women's heads turning into animals that fit their personalities and body types, and women having to fight a whole new civil rights campaign to be treated as fully human despite no longer being able to talk correctly (or maybe even speak at all).

but I do also like retention of intelligence, the humiliation aspect of it and the helplessness

My scenario doesn't have to be the only one, though. Anything that involved TF on a large scale that forces society to rethink the boundaries of humanity, decency and empathy is always interesting.

I'm not suggesting that all rights for women would be automatically revoked overnight, though the dumb fantasy of women suddenly becoming pets or livestock against their will to be bought and sold en masse in hot, it's not particularly realistic, especially in 21st century western society.
