Anyway, I got it to work the old fashioned way, combining the .rar files and then guessing my way through an illegible installation process.
While doing so I figured there was almost no chance that this game was translated, which it isn't.
The attached pic gives you an idea of what it looks like. The characters are (somewhat) animated, though, and their lines are voice acted over. If you're okay with clicking through the hundreds of lines of Japanese dialogue, then you could enjoy this I guess.

That AUTO button advances the dialogue automatically, and can be set to faster or slower in the game options. Also, if you are allergic to fun or just don't want to listen to that one guy blather on about random bullshit, you can speed through everything with the scrollwheel on your mouse.
CHANGE, is so good.
After the green hair girl event you can start choosing a route or one time events.
Full commit to one until it greys out, skip or do random girls after that. During the weekends you go out into the city. In order to get the good end you need to get a special event involving your girl here. It isn't obvious when you can do this but when an event was greyed from having been done becomes red again it'll definitely be there. I don't think it happens on the 1st weekend/2nd.
Bicycle girl event is my favorite. Ponytail is best girl. I have a route guide I can post tomorrow.

Boy, I haven't been this disappointed since I woke up still alive this morning.
I thought this was going to be the shining beacon of bodyswap/gender bending but the only thin you can do is inhabit the girls' bodies to brainwash them. The most that happens is the MC masturbates as them.
It's still a very well put together and good game, just not what I was looking for,unfortunately.
Once I figured that out I sort of stopped trying to understand the dialogue. I went for the best friend's love interest girl, who does cosplay, for my first playthrough hoping there'd be some kind of encounter with him. She's super cute and her route was fun. Also, I'll say this just in case I'm not the only idiot here. Don't use the recommended torrent client, Vuze, on the sukebei site. I think a magic book would be best because of it's versatility, which means your story writing is less restricted by what's possible. Having two magical devices seems kinda superfluous. If you really want an amulet instead of a book there's nothing stopping you from simply writing the amulet as a device with several functions, it's a work of fiction after all. It would feel odd to me, but that might just be me.
The book/amulet/whatever could be a family heirloom that the mom inherited, or maybe it's one of those objects that have a mind of their own and one day just decided to show up in their household to cause mischief, or maybe a friend of the mom lent it to her after the mom complained about her son... the possibilites are endless. For a last name, how about Leach? Sounds like leech, because Erica leeches off her son by taking his life and youth. Also somewhat ironic because sometimes parents accuse their kids of being leeches.
The idea that the mother could be gradually corrupted instead of being completely evil from the start is definitely attractive. This could be caused by the book, or by her own selfish desires to be young again, or a mix of both. Escalating her methods from blackmail to mind control would be an excellent way to show her worsening corruption. A possible climax would then be the decision of Erica to make the switch permanent. I don't know how many pages you plan to draw or how much you want to compress the story, but if you think that you can fit some character development in there, then go for it.
