From the talks of one of the exhentai admins, I don't think you'll need to panic save. Getting galleries removed is nearly impossible, so the admin is going to take them under his name. The galleries should all remain intact.

I enjoy multiple aspects of it really. Like the domination aspect is more of an extreme version of bondage. The concept of the hunter and prey is pretty animalistic but alluring in its own way. Of course that is only one side of the fetish. The other side is more willing and free of resistance. In their case, it's more about the intimacy and/or sacrifice if the situation is fatal.
