"Giantess" is just a catch all term, I'm not sure anyone typically uses "giantess" as a specific height class.
"Mega" is typically of comparable size through to a few times larger than city buildings. Able to cause them a lot of damage, and probably even tear them down, but I wouldn't argue they could "crush a large building". A house, maybe. The transition between "mega" and "giga" is always a bit loose though; I tend to think of it mostly as the boundary when crushing city buildings/skyscrapers becomes trivial ... which is by itself fairly vague.
I've never really seen "terra" used much. For the most part, people tend to just use "giga" for that sort of size as well, up until she starts approaching planet size. It's a better term than things like "cosmic", or whatever the fuck I see thrown around.

On omegle for a bit, first. Had some good rounds, then I collapsed from guilt of impersonating a woman and swore never to RP again.
Then I did a smidgen on F-List, but got scared of the commitments and got busy.
Then I did it on omegle again while basically going all "DISCLAIMER: I AM A MAN PRETENDING TO BE A WOMAN." Had a bit of fun stuff, but all the people quitting and a few rather personal attacks (not for that reason, though, more about my inability to commit myself to RPs) chased me away.
Now I occasionally do it in Chatzy rooms, but I'm always scared because of how much time it takes out. I don't know how people can keep going for as long as they do - I give it my best, but I find myself constantly repeating "then I squish this, then I eat that" over and over again for hours. I've basically just got a random dice roll table for the next action and go with whatever I roll.
A few notes:

I did it when I was 13 years back. As a girl because all of the other girls (see: dudes pretending to be girls) on the relatively tiny forum were your average no proofreading RP'ers.
I actually had 2 accounts there, male and female, so I could essentially go to the chat and see what people thought of the respective accounts. Though I was always paranoid that I'd get found out, so I seldom asked any questions regarding the female account while I was on my male account.
As bad as it was, I have to admit I'm kind of sad the forum died. Just another forgotten relic of a bygone era I suppose.
