Honestly, it just sort of struck me. I was on the edges of puberty, had just gotten my first computer that was in my room, and saw a commercial for diapers on TV. The outer plastic is the best I've ever tried, but the offset for that is that it crinkles like nuts. Depending on your preference though, that may be desirable. Also they are just the cutest fucking thing.

That leaves a bit of a gap between them though, which has trouble wicking fluid once you get pretty soggy. Still though, they're also wide; wide enough to keep your legs propped a little apart.
You've probably got at least a dozen solid choices though. It's a great time to be a diaper lover.

Most plastic pants are going to be designed for cloth diapers, so they're all going to have lots of room in the crotch. Plastic pants made for disposable diapers are a lot less common. One place I know of that sells what you're looking for is Haian, here's their storefront on Amazon.

Don't be dismayed by the fact that they're Chinese, they're actually really good quality. I use them myself and couldn't be happier. They'll also arrive a lot sooner than Amazon says they will.
Though just a note, you're only supposed to hand wash these things. Plastic pants aren't meant to be go through a wash cycle.
