The Trello system makes sense, given how many commissions she accepts at once. When I take 5 commissions, I have to book a day to do nothing but organize my files and answer PMs, and she takes hundreds at once, once a year.
The problem is her vouchers that, if they make things easier for HER, make things infinitely harder for her clients. One character per voucher and she draws macro, so of course you need to buy at least 2 vouchers for a simple scene with one tiny, 3 vouchers for a simple scene with two tinies... 6 vouchers if you want a close up panel. 6 vouchers = $180. If you want color on your simple pic with a close up panel, you gotta buy as many color vouchers, so in the end it costs $300 for something she drew in a day. It severely limits the clients' choices when they want to buy stuff and is absurdly expensive.
