It's not totally clear in the original, but I think the suit impregnated itself with his sperm (that's why it jerked him off) and then it turned him into that girl. The "Why?" only makes sense coming from him, so he is still in control (and presumably the insect is too dumb to talk too). "He" is probably pregnant with more of these suit insects.
