Quite a few run-on sentences, but they add to the style of it in a way. Just try to vary it a bit with some shorter sentences.
You're good at keeping track of space and position - I get lost really easily when I read stories, but this makes the exact position pretty easy to grasp.
The description of her skin made me diamonds.
A lot of what you seem to focus on is the movements. This is better than a focus on dialogue, and it's good that most emotions are implicit, but it makes some parts feel a little mechanical really early on. It seems like you make more note of what the characters think of the movements an body parts a little while in; more of that earlier would be great.
Characterization is lacking, but I feel that's intentional. Going into backstory would get in the way of the plot.
On a personal taste level, scale is perfect, and scale comparisons are perfectly-done for the most part. But the cleft in her chin must be pretty fucking huge if it looks like it's hundreds of feet long when her navel comes up to his knees. Unless our tiny likes to exaggerate.
Remember; whenever someone else is speaking in dialogue, that should be the start of a new line.
As much as I'm a fan of Shakespeare, I'm not smart enough to know how one can poise with sound and fury.
Navel interaction is wonderful and you are a hero for making more of it.
Final conclusion: language and interaction are well done, I'm sensing there wasn't much effort put into having unique characters or plot, but it feels pretty fresh and non-gimmicky as a result.
