The easiest way to get into ball pumping is to get a large glass jar and a bit of thin of tubing, like 2mm diameter is what you want.
Lotion up your balls and dick, then stick them in the jar, and the jar's mouth should fit comfortably around the base of your package.
Now slip the tubing into the jar and suck on it to create a vacuum.
Once you have a good vacuum, pull the tubing out.
Don't suck to hard or you'll give your dick a hickey or worse.
While ball pumping, drink plenty of water (like 2 liters) and slip the tubing back in to increase the vacuum to compensate for the vacuum lost due to your growth.

Yeah, I had it tied off while I was filling up to keep it all in the same location. I actually use these really wide rubber bands that I layer up 3-4 of. They arent too tight, but are enough to keep the saline from migrating. They work great. Alot better than having to actually tie something since they keep a constant pressure going due to being rubber and stretchy. I decided to go Home Improvement on that shit, it was a free day and there was no point going outside what with this massive downpour. I think my first attempt was good enough for general use. You'll need:
-The jar for which you want to make the custom gasket
-Silicone caulk and pistol
-Sharpie pen
-A disposable, deep plastic tray (I used an empty chicken-breast tray)
-A disposable, preferably transparent flat surface (used the bottom of a burger tray)
-Knife and/or scissors

After cleaning thoroughly all components, we put the mouth of the jar on top of the tray. With the sharpie, we draw on the tray a circle around the mouth of the jar. We remove the jar and ready our silicone pistol.
What we want to do is make a thick silicone donut using the circle we have drawn as a guide, as smooth as possible. It should be fairly big as we will probably have to trim it once it's done, so make it about an inch tall and thick. I've found that using no tip works best for creating a smooth shape; using thin strands of silicone might leave gaps or bubbles inside (not good). Use your cutting implement to shape the donut and patch any holes into a smooth shape as you can.
We will leave the donut to dry for about 2 or 3 hours. When we come back, the very outermost layer should be solid. We get our flat surface, dampen it with water (to reduce the chance of it sticking to the caulk) and gently flatten the donut against the tray with it. Upon removing the tray the outermost layer might have stuck at points to the surface, leaving "spikes", so we will use the baby napkins to smooth those.
Now we leave the donut to dry for about 24 hours. This is where the hollow tray comes in handy, as we can leave it upside down to minimize the amount of ambient dust sticking to the donut.
At this point we check our donut by slightly lifting one side from the tray. The donut should have dried completely, with the exception of an inner "ring" still stuck to the tray. Without that fresh "ring", we already have a great shape, so we remove the donut and wash off the inner ring (pic related is the product at this stage).
We give it another few hours to allow the gasket to dry completely. Finally, we only need to carefully trim the inside of the gasket, leaving no indentures, until our privates fit snugly and comfortably inside. Put the hollow side against the jar and pump away.

Ive done 1000cc of saline before and that was hot/fun as fuck, but it stays around for a few days and is very hard to hide a fucking melon sized bulge in your pants. If I didnt live with other people Id go on a marathon session and pump my self full of as much saline as I possibly could. 1000cc still left me with plenty of room.
N20 supposedly only last a little while and goes away pretty quickly.

New pictures hot off the presses. I didnt even use a full N20 canister because this was all I could hold with rubberbands holding it all in my sac. Its alot of fun, and the "quick" 30min inflation I did was fun, and the quick deflation is also nice. I might do it again at a later date, but I can safely say that doing saline is waaaay more fun and feels alot better.
The bottom right picture is right after taking the rubber bands off. Im slowly shrinking back down to normal bit by bit as I type. Will take a few hours to go away completely.

Your actual balls are sealed in their own little "bags" inside your scrotum. They are in their seperate "bags" though, so thats why theres shit like testicular torsion where they can get twisted and cut off blood flow to one or both of them. But Testicular Torsion is very rare. A guy who gets kicked in the balls every day because he finds it sexually arousing might not ever get it, but a guy sitting in a chair reading a book might suddenly get it out of nowhere and have to be rushed to the hospital.
Using saline or N20 is just filling up that empty space between you balls and the actual skin of your scrotum. Theres nothing there, so its an ideal area to inflate.
