There isn't much to show. The template is like a flash file with a bunch of pieces that looks like mannequin/manikin parts, which you edit and then export.
I couldn't seem to find a part for a cock in the template I had so I either have to look for another template or make a workaround. Yea, both photoshopping and creating/editing stuff in flash is more time consuming than it's difficult sometimes.
