The easiest way to get into ball pumping is to get a large glass jar and a bit of thin of tubing, like 2mm diameter is what you want.
Lotion up your balls and dick, then stick them in the jar, and the jar's mouth should fit comfortably around the base of your package.
Now slip the tubing into the jar and suck on it to create a vacuum.
Once you have a good vacuum, pull the tubing out.
Don't suck to hard or you'll give your dick a hickey or worse.
While ball pumping, drink plenty of water (like 2 liters) and slip the tubing back in to increase the vacuum to compensate for the vacuum lost due to your growth.
Note: Your first 2 or 3 pumping sessions probably won't get you very big. Keep trying and soon you'll be able to get huge.

For saline, you basically get a IV set and then put the needle in your scrotum, near the base, and then wait as the saline fills you.
5% Dextrose solutions can also be used for further swelling.
Obviously, if you do this, get sterile saline, use clean needles, clean the injection area, and bleed the IV line of any bubbles.

Yes, if you pump at too high of a pressure then you will damage your junk in a number of ways including breaking capillaries, damaging it's skin, and causing internal scarring.
