I've cut dairy, eggs, anything fried, and white carbs. I'm doing roughly 800kcal a day with calisthenic cardio every other day. I don't think hanging onto one serving of shrimp a day will kill me. Shrimp and nuts are all I'm getting protein from currently.

Well, I feel like there's a fair amount of overlap between the two threads in terms of userbase; I've definitely seen some crossposting. Plus I think it's just better to have a lot of people in one place rather than splitting them up. It makes it easier to meet people.
