Dunno if this is relevant to thread's interests, but I've been reading Risou no Himo Seikatsu (The ideal sponger life), which is a light novel. It isn't really about GFD and even less about sex. Instead, it revolves around role reversal.
In short, a queen of a very patriarchal fantasy middle age society needs a husband. She wants to keep her position as a ruler, so marrying any of the local nobles is out of question. As a solution, she summons a random guy from Japan and keeps her new breeding stallion (mostly) out of the sight of the others in order to prevent them from gaining power via her husband.
The queen and her husband have a rather nice and working relationship. The story revolves around politics and the occasional tension comes mainly from fending off attempts to gain influence via dude. Other than politics, it's mostly just slice of life and light comedy.
On the plus side, the characters are pretty human-like and adult and the story is written and translated well, mostly. On the other hand, the politics side occasionally gets annoying, when some nuances in wording get unduly attention. Also, the fuss about the babby (they have a kid at vol 3) gets occasionally obnoxious.
